13 projects are being implemented under the "Participation-Integra" grant program agreement signed between the Ministry of Industry and Mineral resources, and UNDP.
Under this program, a series of training courses for Preventing Corruption for representatives of enterprises holding mineral licenses operating in the mining sector, the 4th training was organized by the MIMP and EITI Secretariat at the Puma Hotel Conference Hall on December 10, 2025. Representatives of 35 companies participated in this training.
Mr.B. Dashpurev, State Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Secretary of the National Council of the EITI, and Head of the Working Group, opened the training and emphasized that these days coincide with the celebration of the International Anti-Corruption Day.
In connection with the “Anti-Corruption Day” on December 9, marked every year, in 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, in collaboration with the UNDP Integra Project, organized several events and trainings on corruption prevention. On this day, employees of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and affiliated agencies pledged to be free from corruption and signed the appeal. Representatives who participated in the training supported this pledge and signed the appeal.
At the training, the Secretary of the National Anti-Corruption Program Secretariat of the S. Galbadrakh, the Consultant of the UNDP Integra Project O. Batbold, the Representative of the TAN Coalition and the Head of the New Administrative Initiative NGO S. Tserenpurev, the Head of the Mongolian Mother Nature Save Foundation NGO N. Narantsetseg, and the Coordinator of the EITI Secretariat Sh. Tsolmon made interesting presentations and provided information about the activities.
